ABOUT BALCONIES TO PARADISE

Balconies to Paradise is our family beach house. it is located right beside the ocean and a river with spectacular views from almost everywhere.  The house was built at the top of hill and provides great view of flying birds, the river and the ocean. The location is very private and you will be right in the middle of the beautiful nature. The infinity swimming pool will be an unforgettable experience. We recommend you to use the pizza oven at night time or to do a fire at the beach. We particularly love to read at the hammock or watch a movie laying down on them. Walking at the beach or fishing are our particular morning activities. The walk to the fisherman town is not more than 15 minute and people around are peaceful and willing to help.

The house is a concrete structure with rustic finishing, it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for rent, with an open concept kitchen with ocean view, spacious living room, 12 chair dining room and BBQ area with pizza oven. Great views from everywhere! Spectacular balconies to enjoy the ocean and river views. Great decks to do yoga. A brick oven to bake your own pizza or bread, large BBQ, pool with an outstanding view of the ocean. Live surrounded by nature, with the singing of the birds and the sound of the ocean.
The house has in-house keepers; their duty is to keep the place clean and the pool always ready. Rosita and Gil will be more than happy to show you around and help you with your needs.
Please be informed that the finishing of the interior of the house is not new, but it is clean and sound. The last mile of access to the house is an unpaved road and in rainy season a four-wheel drive is recommended. This road keeps the privacy of the area and the house.

The closes town –Casares- has small grocery stores, two restaurants, fisherman fresh market, pharmacies, bakery, churches of various denominations and, other small shops. It is a rural, small town setting. There is no crime risk in this small town where everybody knows each other. The closest large city is Diriamba, 30 minutes driving, where you can find hospitals and much larger retail stores and services. From Casares, there are buses to/from Diriamba and Managua every day for a very reasonable cost.
Wifi is available. Grid power. Potable water is serviced by the town, the house has its own reservoirs. In dry season water may have limited supply.Hope you like our house and enjoy it the best you can.
